We’re happy to announce that VIPs (current and future residents) now have access to the AppFolio resident portal app. This application enables our VIPs to more easily manage their living experience. From paying rent to submitting maintenance requests, these convenient activities can all be handled conveniently right from the AppFolio app.
Here are some of the top ways VIPs can take advantage of the AppFolio app.
Pay Rent
- VIPs can set up automatic payments to make paying rent effortless.
- Bank accounts, credit cards, and debit cards can all be linked to resident accounts as convenient payment options.
- Electronic cash payments are also easy in the app. If you choose this method of payment, we will provide you with a reusable PaySlip that you can use at Walmart, 7-Eleven, CVS, Walgreens, Casey’s, or Ace Cash Express to pay your rent in cash. Simply present your payslip and cash to the clerk at the location most convenient for you.
- All current and previous balances, as well as payment history, can be viewed at any time.
Submit Maintenance Requests
- VIPs can submit maintenance requests through the app. The status of the request (complete, pending, etc.) can also be seen.
- This feature makes it easy to submit and manage your requests to ensure you get the fast service you deserve.
Manage Renter’s Insurance
- VIPs can access their current renter’s insurance policy as well as update the policy provider or information as needed.
